This spring we have changed our policy regarding hand times. Events 300m and under will be penalized .24 for hand times; events over 300m will be penalized .14. This applies to all indoor and outdoor running events. Also, if times are turned in with NO DECIMALS those times will be penalized 1.13 seconds. These penalties are in relation to our performances database.
