How do I submit results?

Many people come to the site to look at our results, but a lot of times they forget they don't just magically get there. So we encourage you to take part in providing us with the results from your meets. So don't just look at our results but do your part and submit them to us as well! Here's how you do it:

Information we need:

  • Meet Name
  • Meet Date(s)
  • Course/Venue Name (Name of Course, City, State)
  • Results (in format listed below)

    Optional Information to include:

  • Conditions (Weather, Course/Track)
  • Additional Meet Info / Schedule
  • Meet Host
  • Results and Data By/From
  • Pictures (preferred in .jpg)
  • Meet Homepage URL

    How to format the results:

    If you are typing up the results by hand the best way to do it is right in the email (unless it is INCREDIBLY long).

    We do not want to results in any file format other than plain text. The best (and easiest) way is to include the results right in the email--not in a separate attached file. However, we can view them if you send them in Microsoft Word, TXT, RTF, HTML, or similar text formats.

    If the meet was scored by hytek, we would love for you to send us those results. Please send the text results from Hytek though and not the Hytek backup file.

    Final Notes

    Please realize the manpower that it takes to get all these up. We will do our best to get them up as soon as possible--that usually means within 2-3 hours but up to 48 hours tops.
